A lifetime of family-owned businesses and incredible mentorship has bestowed invaluable perspective and wisdom beyond my years. My early career began in oil & gas; I was an integral part of the development, marketing and sale of what we grew to be a global provider / manufacture of specialized mobile equipment for numerous industries ranging from emergency services to professional motorsports.
It was this journey where I realized my ability to connect with people and build long-term, valuable relationships based on honesty, integrity and effective communication. Combined with the support and influence of a few mentors, most notably my wife, Kelly Napoleon CFP®, I found my niche in comprehensive financial planning. Specializing in business owners, working professionals and retirees; I enjoy learning about my client’s needs and the process of creating and implementing holistic financial plans that focus on critical planning elements such as tax efficiency and wealth preservation. Along with a highly talented team, I will serve as a trusted resource providing you peace of mind while achieving financial well-being.
In addition to serving my clients, I dedicate my time training and mentoring other financial advisors and teaching educational workshops to individuals around Texas. These events are intended not only to educate investors, but also provide proactive solutions on the intricacies of taxes and finances at retirement.
I graduated Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Management, completed the North American Securities Administration Association Series 65 exam, obtained a Texas department of Insurance license and am currently working towards becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
When I am not in the office, I am fulfilling my greatest role, a proud father and husband. My high school sweetheart, Kelly and I welcomed our first daughter in 2023. Along with our golden retreiver Honey, we love family road trips to the Rocky Mountains.
I am also a motorsports / automotive enthusiast and actively involved with multiple automotive endeavors, from drifting and offroad racing, to the PCA.
